This happened to my own pool over the summer when I was away and only missed 1 chlorine shock. High temperatures and heavy rain can cause it to happen surprisingly quickly. I managed to sort it within a day or two. A phonecall in the morning should get the pool guy out the same day with no need to wait in for him.

Our MC reported a bad storm at high grove last night.
As said the pool probably needs to be shocked but it could be pool pump has died.
Ours did a few weeks ago guests said fine one day green two days later

I e-mailed the MC yesterday with a picture of the pool - very apologetic and sending someone this morning to sort it.

So, hopefully all will be good later today.

We had an issue like this a couple of years ago at a villa we rented we called the management team and it was sorted that day and were good to use the pool the next day.
