Mobile Half Board where to eat?

Hi,

I have 4 days half board plus in August. I have never been to DLP.

It is a party of 4 including two boys aged 9 and 7.

Which restaurants are good and what is to be avoided?

Thanks

David

Is it 4 nights? Just asking cos 3 nights/4 days is 3 restaurant choices, 4 nights/5 days will be 4.

I recommend Bistrot Chez Remy, also Annette's. I like the hunters grill buffet, Cape cod is good if you like seafood, it also had unlimited soft serve icecream. There are other food options there, but there's a lot of seafood. I like yacht club too, but some people aren't fond of the plus set menu there. Myself, I enjoyed it immensely! X

It really is a personal preference food. When we go we always do an upgrade to eat at Inventions as you get the characters too. If it’s your first visit then worth doing Captain Jack’s and Bistrot Chez Remy, although personally I don’t think the food is anything special, more of an experience. We liked our hotel buffet the best (Cape Cod), Annette’s and recently discovered the Aladdin restaurant which was great to have a kebab! Buffets have always worked best for us as kids can be fussy.

Which hotel are you staying at? That will determine what level of dining plan you have.

OK, so that is Plus level which means most of the restaurants.

I would say Remy for sure. Good steak and eye popping theming.

Maybe Captain Jack’s - bear in mind he does pop in sometimes but is not guaranteed to appear.

Annette’s for burgers and fun atmosphere.

Hunter’s Grill at Sequoia Lodge is a decent buffet with plenty of choice.

The OP says they’ve got half board plus

Edit: Sorry, just seen that you’ve already had a reply to that.

We really liked the seafood (and other dishes) buffet at Cape Cod.

We did book Chez Rémy once, but none of us were that enthusiastic for some reason, so we cancelled it and went to Annette’s instead. We loved it there.
