Can anyone tell me how quickly Andy at dfch normally answers
e-mails or off line chat enquires ?

On the few occasions I've had to email Andy I've had replies within hours..but I guess it does depend on what he's doing. I get the impression that he responds as soon as he sees the email

I've emailed him a few times recently and the responses were quick, within an hour, even at 11pm one evening.

He has a great reputation here for his customer service.

Thank you for reply. I sent an email this morning and left a further message on the off line chat but have had no response which I know is not like him.

Apologises for the delay in replying to emails. Had a couple of days away with the family so haven't been able to answer all the emails as quickly as normal. I've got about 250 to get through so stand by for some emails at 3am!

A huge thank you to Andy at DFCH. He got back to me late last night having amended our car hire agreement to a cheaper price. I feel bad that I doubted him when I didn’t receive a quick response. Thank you Andy 😃

We usually get an email back with 24 hours.. highly recommend using him
