Not sure if you would consider a taxi, but we got a taxi easily last year, it was 4 of us and 4 cases plus hand luggage. The taxis at the airport were larger, and the queues were well organised, with a fixed rate. Sorry I can't help with any recommendations for an airport transfer, but hope this is of some help

where are you staying? we jumped the air train and then the subway an absolute breeze and with the time we landed it ensure we weren't caught up in traffic. I know people have gotten into the yellow cab line in the airport terminal, all fixed fare

We have also used these multiple times and they are excellent. One thing to be aware of now is that their last transfer from JFK to Manhattan is 7pm so if you have a late flight you may miss it. We have always booked before we have gone and printed the ticket but you are able to pay when you arrive. Just pay the conductor that scans the tickets at their stop right outside arrivals. Lovely air conditioned buses with wifi.

We used the taxi rank at the airport - as people have said there is a very good system and you tell the workers how many people and they ensure you are put in a car that is big enough. Alternatively, I also use Hoppa transfers for other worldwide transfers, they are very good and offer discounted rates.

Use the yellow taxis. All fixed price to Manhattan from JFK. They'll just bring over a bigger van if there are a few bags.

As above.

However if you fancy limo service can recommend JR Luxury.

Have an offer on at the moment for 20% off a round trip. Not cheap but worked well for us travelling as a five with multiple bags.
