I have a caramel coloured one that I bought last year from Matalan. I really like it but unfortunately mine isn’t as warm as it looks, if it’s a windy day I’m always cold if wearing it 🥶

My DD has a nice thick one which she says is really warm , I think you need to pay a bit more for a thicker one as some of the cheaper ones are a bit too thin.

Yeah they one I’m after seems to look quite thicker online and nearly double the costs of most in stores at moment so hoping it be thick like I’m hoping

I have a thicker one from New Look, it is warm, I’ve not been able to cope with it done up, and at the remembrance service last Sunday, I actually had to take it off for a bit, I was so hot.
Only negative is I couldn’t imagine wearing it in wet weather, it would get very heavy and might smell of wet teddy! Which I imagine is like wet dog.

Are they waterproof? They look like they’d get sopping wet.

I’ve got a caramel coloured one from Uniqlo. It’s really warm and cosy. I love it.

DIL has one she says fine for nipping in and out the car but useless in the wet and the wind goes right through and it wasn't cheap
Yes they do smell like wet dog drying them out
She does stay on a farm in the middle of nowhere though and in here words looks good but that's about it and no way would she wear it in Winter in NY and they go every January I'd freeze
