I moved recently and am thinking of sending christmas cards to some of my new neighbours to introduce myself.

Thats a really good idea, it is how we got to know everybody's names in our cul-de sac. Sent a card from all of our first names, pet names and in brackets at the bottom (the "whereibelongs" at No1).
Everyone sent one back with the same info. Has made neighbourly life very easy over the years. |

My son sent this very personal card to my boy, full name on it. Ralph was overcome with joy to receive it. I think he has more presents than me at the moment too! |

I have sent and received more cards this year as I haven't been able to meet up with friends . it has really cheered me up waiting for the postman. when i was little we used to collect the used stamps for brownies. does anyone know who takes them now as it is a shame to just bin them if charities can make use if them
