OK folks here we go, Hot Lips is parked up ready for the off In about an hour and twenty mins



We’re in the Escape Plus lounge enjoying a bit of peace and quiet and breakfast.






Fingers crossed we get away on time and we’ll also soon see if the food pre order has worked for lunch.

Chicken breast in mustard sauce and a coffee rubbed filet mignon should be on the cards if all goes to plan.

Thanks both, looks like we might get away on time after we’re de-iced.

Mr Tom, the food order has been around a month or two - we got an email Monday lunchtime for today’s flight - main course selection only.

Mmm. I like that idea, we are UC in March and May so will see how things go.

You should be away in 5 mins according to Flightradar24.

Finally got doors closed after some rearrangement to the bags in the rear hold. Just deicing then we’re off. Limited visibility and very low temps here at MAN so we’ve been warned engines are being spooled up at the head of the runaway in preparation for a short fast take off run. Sounds like fun
