Concierge booking

Just hade an email to cancel our concierge booking for London next month. Understandable i guess. However they have put the points back in the same use year meaning we have missed the banking window and now have to use them before end November, but where? Can’t travel... waiting for supervisor call back to discuss...
If they won’t budge, transfer to RCI?
Any other ideas?

Speak to DVC and see what they say. You could also see if you can book anything at WDW and rent that out to someone in USA or yes bank into RCI.

A DVC supervisor rang this evening... all sorted... not a problem, banked - just like that...
excellent news, relieved...
