Just checked the DVC web site and the 2021 Estimated Annual Dues Assessment has been added under 2020 Annual Condominium Association Information.

SSR is $7.1110 per point for 2021, was $6.7650 this year, so that a 5.11456% increase.
Last SSR dues increase was 5.6354%

OKW is $8.3578 per point for 2021, was $7.8363 this year, so that a 6.6549% increase.
Last OKW dues increase was 8.4023%

They said there may be a refund due to period when shut down.

Could there be a credit from last years dues at some point?

I’m new to dvc and don’t have much knowledge about it but it would have been a nice gesture if Disney didn’t increase the dues for next year to show some support to its loyal DVC Members many of which might end up losing points and really the rooms haven’t had much wear and tear this year.

I would have thought they’d reduce this years rather than giving us a credit but who knows

I’m not surprised there’s no refund or reduction in dues, as much as I’d like one I’m sure they’ll justify it for the additional cleaning and covid measures implemented.

Going to be a bitter pill paying these this year. Would it have been nice to see a reduction this year-yes. Was I expecting one-not really. Still sad to see those increases though 🙁
Is there a DVC email address? Maybe we should all email our dismay from international owners. Probably won’t achieve anything but may make me feel better to have a say 😏
