Dubai Dreaming- Day 6- Time For A Few More Shops?

We were really lucky that Sunday was actually Islamic new year, so my SiL was off work again. We all went swimming in the morning and sat in the sun to soak up a bit of Dubai heat for a while. Afterwards we jumped on the metro the the Dubai mall.

We had lunch in the biggest food court I have ever seen, which dwarfed even the biggest American mall one. Too many choices, but we ended up with spicy chicken followed by Nutella crepes.

The souk at the mall is beautiful but incredibly exclusive and expensive..

We are in PF Changs in the evening, after watching the dancing fountains again. The food was not as good as the Chang's in Naples which was disappointing. This was my spicy chicken.

Apparently it was good.

We then found a great shop/restaurant called "Eataly" which caused much amusement for my Italian husband.

We arrived back to a little swan.

We even managed to find some of these little pieces of heaven out in Dubai.

They also did one which had chocolate goo, for those (strange) people who don't like cinnamon.
