iPhone Email Issue

At Disney at mo. While trying to activate my iPad to send emails I must have done something to affect my iPhone as I can receive but not send emails on that too now!
I have a Btinternet email address and I can receive and send on the website but only receive on iPad and phone! I've checked the settings and the Port is correct. My iPad hasn't sent emails for a while, even at home but my iPhone was fine for the first ten days of the holiday. Briefly yesterday I did manage to send an email but then it stopped working again. The message I get just says that it is unable to send and the email sits on the outbox!

Well done if you've actually followed this as I am not in the slightest technically minded.
Any advice please?
I did web chats with Apple and BT and they blamed each other!

Outgoing will be your SMTP settings

SMTP

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.btinternet.com

Port: 465 (this may not be automatically populated on selection of SSL, so you'll need to check this)

SSL Encryption: Enabled (but not STARTTLS)

Authentication: PLAIN

Username: your email address including the @btinternet or @btopenworld.com part

Password: your btinternet password

Hi 👋 I had this could send but not receive . I had to log out of accounts I got a bt account then log back in try and download my mail and set this up very easy to use

Thank you for the advice and suggestions, nothing worked until I got to MCO then the issue fixed itself! I can only assume the problem was Disney WIFI! Bizarre.
