Mobile AD for 4 but only 2 eating?

Can we do this? We won't be on the dining plan but wanted our two daughters to eat at Akerhaus so they could meet the princesses. 2 adults don't want to eat here but will have a drink. Are we allowed to do this? If so do we still book the ADR for 4 and just explain when we get there? Thanks!

No sorry as I am fairly sure this is a fixed price restaurant then anyone who is seated pays the price regardless of what they do or don't eat.

If it was an a la carte restaurant then what you propose would be perfectly fine.

Yes I am afraid this correct. The price covers the food (which I hear is good) and the experience of meeting the princesses.

Well I am glad at the answers. Because blocking seats from other customers and not buying anything, just doesn't seem right to me. I would be ashamed to do that.

No buffets, family style and fixed price meals like fantasmic packages every one has to pay age 3 and above. Akershus falls into this category.

The OP was polite, seeking advice and asked a perfectly valid and genuine question, which other Dibbers' responded to in a courteous and helpful way.

Not sure where you feel the need to remonstrate with them and imply they should be ashamed.

^^^ I agree.

OP, at anywhere other than a character/family style/fixed price restaurabt there wouldn't be any issue with this. If you'd prefer not to pay for the 4 of you then they will be able to meet some of the princesses in the parks instead.
