Mmmm yummy!
 Any idea whats in them Sue, they look great! I can see mushrooms in the second pic which is good for me as i love them. Really appreciate you digging out the pics.

The top one was layers of thin, crisp pastry with tofu, and roasted veggies with tomato and pesto sauces. I think there were a few lentils sprinkled in there too. He's had it a few times and it tends to evolve just a little bit each time.
The second one was layers of roasted aubergine and red peppers with baby mushrooms and tomato with lots of melty Talleggio cheese on the top. I'm hungry now

Oh and the first one had cress on top - which they always call 'microgreens'

We were torn between Citricos and Yachstman but I figured the latter made better use of the dining plan credits. Would still like to try Citricos but for dinner methinks, the veggie options look nice (Steve is usually happy with tofu =)
