My Planning Overview - What I'm Booking When

We don't go until 2019 at Easter. I've put together a rough plan (I love a good plan) of what I need to book and when, and other things I need to sort out and when.
If anyone can see any major errors I've made, or anything I've missed off that I need to book in advance.

April 2017 - Book villa - hoping to get this done early to get a nice villa, good location etc.
October 2017 - Book flights - or try to if they are out then.
April 2018 - Book hire car and either airport parking or overnight hotel or both depending on flight times.
May 2018 - Set up MDE account.
October 2018 - Apply for ESTA's, Book pet sitter, Book any ADR's (we don't usually do many)
January 2019 - Book park tickets
March 2019 - Book Fastpasses

Have I missed anything important?

Thats advanced planning. Flights usually only come out 11 months in advance.

id do the estas earlier . If there is a. Problem , there is time to sort by applying for a visa. Doing just 6 months before might mean you wouldn't have time to get a visa. Ok, unlikely esta won't come back clear but not worth the risk. Remember though if you get a new passport you need a new esta

I realised i'd not updated this post since I originally did it ages ago.
Not much to update except school holidays dates for 2019 are now out so we know when we are booking for (6th - 20th April).
There will be definitely 8 of us travelling, but maybe 10 if we can convince MIL and FIL to join us.
Have looked at a couple of villas but can't decide on location we want to be in.

Another update - definitely only 8 of us going.
We've narrowed it down to 2 5 bed villas, one on high grove and one on Lindfields - I'd be interested to see if anyone has opinions on either of these locations - we have stopped at Lindfields before but it was over 10 years ago.
Park wise we have grouped parks into definitely, maybe and probably not:
Definitely - Magic Kingdom, Epcot (my favourite), Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld.
Maybe - Typhoon Lagoon, Volcano Bay, Aquatica, Busch Gardens
Probably Not - LEGOLAND, Blizzard Beach

Sorry don't have any info on Villas just wanted to say I love how organised you are
We are also hoping to go 2019, stay half International Drive and half on-site, possibly an overnight at Hard Rock/RPR if funds allow!
Can't wait until we can start booking things! xx

Another update:

Managed to book flights and car hire through an agent.
Fly indirect with United (not sure if i'll live to regret that) from Manchester changing in New York then onto Orlando. Flights and car hire came in about £850 pp.

£850? Is each person getting their own car?!

Obviously it depends on a lot of factors but it doesn't sound a good deal to me, and very odd that someone is selling you flights 2 years ahead of travel when the airlines only release and price them 11 months ahead. I think most people would expect indirect flights to be £400-£500pp.

Personally I'd have waited another year before booking, but you obviously like to have things sorted out way ahead! Would be advisable to maintain travel insurance for the next 2 years in case you need to cancel.
