I can only recall meeting one dibber(that i know of) in the Starbucks on main street one year was a great conversation and helped pass the time away in a very long queue.

Anyways good luck to everyone heading out there over the next few weeks for Christmas
We are flying to Tampa on 18th too but BA direct from Gatwick.

Anyone else found themselves ordering lots of NHS LFT's as they are testing everytime one of the family coughs, I am paranoid that one of us will test positive before our official LFT's next wednesday!

I've been trying to convince DH to fly out earlier, so far I've managed to get him to move our flights by 1 day. Must try harder

Yes ! I was like that before I went on a cruise last month,
Now I’m daily testing before my test on Sat and also when I go on a cruise in January

🤞🏼 they don't do this!

Stricter coronavirus testing being weighed for all travelers to U.S.
Biden administration also considering measures such as a 7-day self-quarantine and retesting several days after arrival.

The "one day before travel" testing wouldn't be a show-stopper.

Any mandatory quarantine (7 days!) would essentially mean waving goodbye to our £14k.

Seems a little bit over the top to me and would finish most peoples Christmas plans.

24 hours before travel test not a problem but 7 day quarantine!

If they copied the UK and wanted a test on arrival that would be fine as hopefully you’d only have to isolate until you get your test results (unless positive then you’d be in trouble anyway)

CNN says considering, hopefully they will take notice of the Science which seems to suggest omnicron is milder than the other variants we already have.

Plus like most other countries omnicron is already in the states or shortly will be anyway
