No more masks at universal!

Just been reading from various sources masks will now be optional indoors from the 29th May at universal

Keeping everything crossed for my august and that Disney won’t be far behind with this too

(Read in WDW news)

I feel Disney will be more cautious but can't see then having masks for months on end though.

They dropped them quick enough outdoors when Universal showed the way after the CDC change.

I'm betting next week.

So masks are optional indoors from 29th in Universal. That's BRILLIANT.

Personally, I think if I was over there in the next month I'd still be wearing a mask queuing for rides and not in shops and restaurants.

I'm double vaccinated and surely this enables us to decide for ourselves now? (yes yes... huge discussion point! ).

Still - we're there in September... loads of time for lots of positive actions in all parks and Orlando in general.

We are actually staying at Universal this weekend with relatives from out of state. It will be interesting to see how many people choose to still wear masks inside. I think it will be quite a few. We will be as DD has to have a Covid test on the 8th for surgery on the 11th. We won't be taking any chances even though she is fully vaccinated!

My 15 year old has only had her first dose and will probably want to wear a mask anyway so people don't think she is an anti mask Trump supporter. It really is that political here!

No masks - just need the tickets to be released for Horror Nights now (and for the US to actual let us in!)
