I took the plunge last night and booked!

20th August LGW - MCO, and MCO -ORD-LHR 3rd September. £715 each with BA and AA.

More than i have ever paid, but i dont think the flight market will return to "normal" in 2022, and without Norwegian prices will remain higher i think.

American Airlines us prices in $ - good value

AA flight prices on their us website are much better value than their euro website. Return business flights in June-July for circa $1500 per person from Dublin. Economy flights good value as well.

we originally booked BA flights through Netflights for 2020 at a cost of just over £1500 for 2 adults and 2 kids - obviously we had to postpone but rebooked for this year at a cost of £2100 so had to pay the £600 difference only to postpone again. I dread phoning them and seeing the price for 2022 flights!

woah, this thread is worryingly quiet
3 months after booking, our £650pp direct LHR to MIA (inc 23kg) is looking like a bargain
22 days car hire for £592 (from off-airport)

Gutted really as would much prefer something cheaper we could move to

Prices can't stay this high or there'll be no brits over there

Not sure whether its a glitch or not but my normal daily search has dropped from somewhere over £2k to around £1888

2 adults 1 child.

Aug 15th LHR 10:40 AM – MCO 06:48 PM Via Miami
Aug 29th MIA 05:05 PM – LHR 06:40 AM+1 Direct

Booking through AA. They seem to be the cheapest right now and in the last few months.

Using the itamatrix there's some direct flights to Tampa coming in lower than it's been recently

Right through July and Aug, 3 weeks for £579, with Iberia (£679 with hold baggage)

Not amazing normally, but about the cheapest anything for next summers been yet. May be of use to someone

Big drop in oroce overnight for me so I have finally booked
Going with BA and have multiple hotels and car but overall the cost for 3 of us dropped by £1000 overnight, cheapest it’s been since first week of September when i began tracking
