MCO not accepting chronomics antigen tests.

Just seen a post on Facebook about MCO not accepting chronomics tests for returning to UK. Unsure why. This is the company TUI use. Just for info.

No reason why they shouldnít be accepted they are on UK government approved list and used regularly by holiday makers in Europe to return to UK, especially TUI customers. Hope this is sorted for when borders open to us especially TUI customers.

Didn't think it would have anything to do with the airport. Why would they get involved in what tests are being used?

Not sure, I suppose they check at check in the certificate you have. I hope chronomics are informed so it gets sorted.

Not sure who the flights were with.

Good point for future reference. I assume TUI staff will check in people at Melbourne next year and accept these tests.

Although anyone can use these tests but TUI give them discounted and so do BA!

I saw the same post but didnít have time to read it all
I think the poster said they had to do new tests at MCO and they were running out of time to get them done.

I didnít think any flights were running from mco to UK so how could this have even come up?

Itís down to check in staff to check that you have the relevant documentation to travel and if there isnít anybody being checked onto a UK flight I donít see how anybody could have had an issue.

Chronomics meets the uk requirement so I canít see it being an issue at all. Itís not for airports to decide what the uk border force will accept for entry.

Totally agree. Not sure what has happened, I know the family spent two weeks in Mexico before heading to Orlando. Maybe they were going via Atlanta? Donít know. All I know is they werenít accepted.
