“Prof Naismith said: "The Office for National Statistics survey results on prevalence shows that the Scottish and English approach to masking, although formally different since July, has made no meaningful difference to delta.”

Just deciding whether to bother with Selfridges Christmas Market but currently comfy in the Rock Royalty lounge with a bottle of wine.🤣
Ahhh, we’ve just got home after our night at HRH, great stay again (not rock royalty for us though, just cattle class ).

Completely agree, Southbank was completely pants, certainly not worth the trek, other than to get the step count up!

We only used the tube twice, back and forth from Northolt to Marble Arch. Yesterday, before the mask rule changed I counted 18 people in our carriage, and only 2 without a mask. This evening going home it was a fairly busy carriage and I saw only 3 without masks. I deliberately looked on both occasions out of interest

We could have met up for a Dibb cocktail if we had known.🥂
We have noticed a lot more people wearing masks today, even in the hotel where technically it’s not a legality. It’s been freezing so it keeps my face warm.😂

It’s hardly making any difference up here in Scotland, you’re as well just doing what you want.
