And if parents don’t have disposable income? I don’t think anyone should be shamed for claiming benefits when you’re out of work - it’s a tough enough experience for people anyway without being told you should be ashamed of not having a job.

And it’s all very well to say take any job but some people don’t even get that far. We tend to get 50 or more applications for every low level job that we advertise and often see the same names over and over again and I really feel for those people.
