Help heating stuck on 26 degrees

Got home from work. Central heating at 26 degrees house is beyond boiling. Central heating and water system are controlled by Hive. Can’t change anything in the app. Can’t change anything on the wall control. Can’t get an engineer at this time. Any ideas?

This happened to my mum. They use hive as do we and she reset the thermostat

Hi. How did you do that? We’ve changed the battery in it by the way.

So Mr T’s idea sadly didn’t work. Any other hints? We have turned the power off the the boiler now. So will be frozen with no hot water by the morning!
