Cleaning silver and pearl jewellery.
Any tips? Just had a look online and obviously there’s opposite techniques 🙄. Some say not to put in water, others are just whacking it in! I have a necklace with one small pearl in amongst the silver, and two matching earrings.

A product called Goddards is amazing for silver. Sorry can't remember how to clean pearls.
Hope that's helpful |

Goddards is good for silver or gold, never put opals or pearls in this solution as they are porous stones, they only need a wipe with a soft damp cloth. The oils in your skin keeps them healthy.
Hope this helps 😀

Thank you. I’ve just actually used baking powder and aluminium foil and kept the pearl bit out with tweezers, as best I could. Seems to have done the job.
