Disney gift card never collected from 2017

We have our voucher still from 2017 as we had left it at home

What are the chances they would let us collect it this year?

Very small I would think as they'd need to match it up to a current reservation on their system. No harm in trying, but I'd be surprised if they did. You never know though, you might get a cm who is in the mood to spread a bit of pixie dust

Do they use a computer when they give you the gift card? I only remember a folder with sheet of paper where they made a note of the gift card number.

It’s always worth a try. Worst they can say is no.

Yes, I remember that, but I'm sure our name was printed on the sheet too. However, I read a recent thread about someone who forgot their voucher but went anyway and said that they'd found their reservation on the system and were able to issue it, so maybe it's changed?

I’ll be honest, I’ve never paid much attention! Last time World of Disney was being refurbished so it was just a podium. The CM asked us to come back later while she went to get the gift card so she could’ve done anything.

I would definitely try it. I can only see a valid from date not a date by which you have to collect it 😉 Good luck
