As been said the biggest question would.be is it worth it if free dining is offered again. If it's not offered at any property then the cost difference would be in the room rates. If it is offered then it could be cheaper overall to go for a higher class resort.
Just about any DDP can be added to any resort booking.

We have always liked the look of Port Orleans, so think this would be an option of the DDP was free.
I know DDP is going to be free with moderate resorts and above, but is this for all of them or are they only going to do a few at a time?
