Healthier

I was very fit until about 10 years ago stopped almost all sports due to arthritis in hips (too much martial arts and wearing wrong football boots to make up for my lack of ability) and birth of DD.

So anyway put on weight try to ave one meal that all will eat and fast food etc

Two weeks ago a top nutritionist who I loosely know had an offer on £30 for 30 minutes of his time on zoom, usually he is way out of my price range.

This is by far the best £30 I have spent this year I have lost 3kg and missed nothing still had dominos, still had a couple of beers (8 don’t really drink anyway) he doesn’t believe in diets. I feel better, sleeping better more active more energy and would never have had the opportunity of his knowledge if it were not for lockdown
