BA refund

I just got the message a couple of days ago informing us that our flight from Ncl to Lhr was cancelled so I called BA and got through within a minute or so to confirm we wanted a refund.
The money is back in the bank already so only 2 days from asking for the refund.

This is why we will be booking through BA again, excellent service.

I agree, I had a slight issue getting a refund from them, but in the current situation I wasn’t too worried, and it was all sorted out this week.
I like BA and use them a lot along with Avios and Amex.

Wow. Good to know. Thanks for sharing. I might be in the same position to cancel soon. Good to know it doesn’t take long to have money back.

Used BA for a couple of trips to the US, can't fault them. They even reduced my holiday price as I'd booked 6hrs before their sale started. They matched the price which was a good £300 cheaper

As good as the Manchester-LHR shuttle is, I'd rather have a direct option though.

Ive been waiting over 5 weeks for refund of cancelled BA flights. Got th seat booking refund yesterday so hopefully the rest will follow soon. Its pretty annoying the refunds aren't processed in order of who has been waiting longest
