Value Resorts, cn you Pay for DDP?
We are considering our next trip, probably Autumn 2018, I know if you book to stay at moderate resorts you can get DDP inclued. But to us they dont look "Disney" enough for us and would love to stay at Art of Animation.
Are we able to book AOA and pay extra for DDP?

You could pay more for staying at art and paying for the ddp, rather than staying at a moderate.
Moderate is normally qsdp. Disney332

Yes if you book with tickets. Do check out offers on uk and us Disney sites just in case.

Yes you can... but it will be A LOT more expensive. Having done a value and not purchased DDP but paid out of pocket for all our disney meals it really makes sense to stay at a moderate resort, and don't let the facade fool you... port orleans has an absolutely beautiful disney back story, and the resort is FANTASTIC!

I looked at this last year as wanted to stay I aoa. It actually worked out cheaper to stay at SSR. So we will just visit aoa and have a walk around, plenty of Disney to experience in the parks.
Or maybe stay one or two nights at aoa for a pool day then transfer |

You can pay for DDP and if there is a free breakfast offer on your chosen resort you can upgrade that so it would be slightly cheaper. Not sure of the cost and it's all ifs, buts and maybes until April 2017.

It's unlikely to be the best value for money if you book through the UK website, but if you can get free dining via the US website then it can work out a good deal. However, you will have to buy Magic Your Way tickets rather than Ultimate tickets, so you need to factor that in.
Personally, we love it if it's free, but we won't pay for it, as we spend less on food than the cost of the DDP, but if you love the more expensive Table Service restaurants than it could work out for you. |
