Is it ride only or one thing?
Ride I'd say Tower of Terror but one thing I'd probably say FOTLK

Space Mountain. Or, if it still existed, the original Journey Into the Imagination. The first ever rides for us in each of the main parks so it's a choice based on nostalgia
