I love a good chinese takeaway but have completely stopped eating it because of the effect it has on my body. Makes me feel rubbish for days and I get big fluidy bags under my eyes so hate to think what is happening inside me. No more Chinese sadly.

Yo! Sushi or Nando's, not a fan of sushi and just don't get Nando's, eaten in one twice now and didn't enjoy it, this is coming from someone that could live happliy on chicken n chips in any form.
