Orlando Maps
Hi you experts!
My friend is planning to go to Orlando for the first time in July21, she is looking for maps of the area and also maps of the parks to buy. Do you have any recommendations? We have maps but they are very dogeared as they are so well used! Many thanks for your help xx |

Check ebay, usually you can get park maps cheap. Try mapman's map for the general area (if they still do it). I know all the info you need is online but it is nice to have the actual maps, especially if it's a first visit

Did you know that in the DIBB menu on the right you can download all the park maps and others? They are pdf high res for printing.

I preferred an actual map rather than online info. We bought a map from Mapman. It was great and we marked on it everywhere we planned on visiting. I found it was easier to plot routes and see which restaurants etc were en route to places.

Another vote for Mapman maps. We have bought several over the years, they are easy to use and follow, and updated regularly as things change. I love the fact that they show villa areas, restaurants and takeaways, petrol stations, etc. So useful!

Steve,
Just read on the "last thing you ordered" thread that mapman maps will be no more. Am so sorry to hear that you have made this decision. I know you read the forums occasionally, so jus want to say thank you very much. Your maps have provided the map (literally) to our holidays for years. Caused and resolved arguments. Enabled me to find some fabulous restaurants and find that pesky villa when the nav had yet to kick in. I have bought a momento map like others and I will enjoy reading it and planning my next voyage to those far off shores and wishing I was there. Thank you. Edited at 10:22 PM. |
