A few ideas here plus a few suggestions to add
Bucks Fizz in bed Christmas morning
champagne with dinner
Prosecco with Crane’s cranberry and orange liqueur
Port with the cheeseboard
Dark and stormy cocktail
I liked the suggestion of a long Jameson over ginger beer too thanks.

Yes but it must be, Sherry Cask Matured to match my sweet tooth, and produced in Speyside which has a distinctive taste.

I’m a bit of a whiskey buff, having spent some of my life in bonnie Scotland.
