Reservation for 4, only 3 eating

Often dd will decide not to eat, she is picky especially with breakfasts (will eat toast at hotel ).

We have BOG breakfast which I think we can pre order, but is there a way to do this for 3 of us although the booking is for 4?

Yes you can order as much or as little as you like when you pre order, it's available to pre order 30 days before

Thank you!
Last time we just ordered anyway, but it's a waste. Haven't been into the system yet so not sure how it works.

Do they mind at table service if dd chooses not to order?

I haven't done it for a couple of months but I remember it being simple once I went on it.
They won't mind at all, they are very used to it. For example, some people at dinner time have just gone in to try the grey stuff.

Just googled and Disney Food Blog have a guide here. It's from 2015 so still includes the dessert and it shows the lunch options instead of breakfast but it'll give you a good idea of how it's done

The only places where you have to pay per person whether they eat or not is buffets and the 'family style' meals (eg Garden Grill and Liberty Town Square).

And with a counter service meal, you can order just one meal between 6 if that's the way you want to do it - but don't expect to get 6 drinks unless you pay.
