Hi all and thank you for the nice messages. Sorry about the delay-Life has taken over the last 2 weeks.
so back to it... Monday the 16th so today was out first visit to Animal Kingdom. We had cereal/donuts in the room. I had ordered groceries and Gift basket for the kids from Beth at Fairy tale personal shoppers. Beth was fantastic to work worth and provides an amazing service. we were delighted with the baskets . We had an early lunch at Yak and Yeti today. We have a Landry card so turned up when it suited us and were seated at a lovely table upstairs within 10 mins. I think this card is great, especially when the park is busy and when your not sure when you want to eat- it make life so easy and the birthday bonus is a nice treat. Hubby and I shared the Dragon roll and Tuna Nachos ( thanks to google for photo's!) We both had a Yak Attack to drink as it was so hot outside The kids chose from the children menu but cant recall what they had?! The manager came over to check on us which is nice. N was frozen ( due to the air con) towards the end of the meal so kept popping out to warm up This cost us $40 on top of our $25 credit which was well worth it and one of my favorite meals of the holiday Later on hubby and the kids had one of these each which they enjoyed (1 SC) |

Tuesday the 17th was our first Epcot day.
We had 8am Breakfast at Akershus which was lovely and we managed to be the first family so Minnie got to walk on with Belle which she loved. We had a lovely breakfast and we asked for Mickey Waffles for N which they were happy to provide. We were finished and out by 8:45 but unfortunately Frozen was broken down so we went to meet Ana and Elsa and rode late. We had a lovely day at Epcot but i think Minnie favorite ride was the water play area. I ended up having to buy a towel as she was so wet but had a lovely time! We had a coffee/ frappuccino at Starbucks and took a photo of these Epcot cake (SC) Edited at 10:37 PM. |
