It's one of our favourite meals ,the fantasmic package here. Turned up last week for our 3pm reservation and advised it was closed, still not sure why. They booked us in Hollywood brown Derby on same package but only used one credit each. We could have had a voucher for counter service meal. Fantasmic was cancelled about 2 minutes before due to start and we were told tickets were good to use until end of holiday as show was cancelled.

We like MM and have eaten here on all four of our visits. There is one thing that might be useful to you, though - we won't be doing the Fantasmic package again for this reason: you can only do the package for the first showing of Fantasmic (where there are two) and this means you need a very early dinner reservation. We had something like 4.45. We're not early eaters (our normal reservation time would be 8) and this detracted from the experience. The seating in Fantasmic was great, though and definitely recommend MM.

The worst meal of our recent holiday. Server was inept. Despite the ticket with the fantasmic passes being left in the table, she never mentioned the dining plan. Told us we could order a main and desert only. DD just wanted plain chicken which when it came out was covered in sauce. Had to alert her to this, response was "can't the chefs read?" And finally took it away. We had finished our meals before it came out, and when it did, completely inedible. The other 2 mains (pasta) were luke warm and tasteless.

In end asked for bill, took the fantasmic tickets myself. Only plus side the gratuity was paid on the standard cost, rather than the (expensive) dining package.

Said last time would never go back, after this will definitely never go back. Only problem is where else is there in HS for a 1 credit meal (sci-fi was just as bad)

We had the Fantasmic dining package at Mamma Melrose's a couple of years ago. We booked a 12:45pm slot for lunch.

The food was very good - and lots of it! Starter, main and a dessert platter. The service wasn't up to much though. The place was incredibly busy and a bit noisy, which was probably why the service wasn't as good as it could have been. The Fantasmic Dining package actually cost less than if ordering the food off the menu - although if we hadn't been doing the package we would have only chosen two courses not three. We paid OOP.

Charred strip steak for main:

Some of the dessert platter:

Yum Yum

We ate here in June and had no complaints at all.

Did what it said on the tin.

We've done it twice. The desserts are nothing to write home about, but the starters and mains are excellent. Go there hungry! It's worth it for the excellent seats for Fantasmic. However, not sure I'll be back next year if they're dropping the starter, as I bet the price won't drop accordingly!

Went today, food great (though the blood orange cake is by far the best bit of desert.)

Fantasmic cancled due to a massive storm so we didn't get to make use of the tickets
