Ooh the pasta looks great!

If you go back to Roaring Forks, the tuna sandwich is wonderful as is the chicken salad they do, can't remember what the dressing was but the salad also had cheese and I think walnuts in and it was lovely!

Thanks for these Su - we loved the chilli at Roaring Forks (it's the same as the one you can get at Pecos Bills in MK - wonder where they make it all lol) - discovered the joys of dipping fries in it about 3 trips ago!

The chilli at Roaring Fork tasted different to the chilli I had at Saratoga Springs Sue, so I asked the server where it was made and he said 'here, we make it fresh in our kitchen every day'.

The chilli at Trail's End tasted different again. Not massively but definitely not the same as the one at RF.

I haven't tried the chilli at Pecos Bill's... yet

Oh no help!
I can feel another ≈≈≈≈ foodquest coming on - asking at every counter where is the chilli made?

We ate at CHH on our first ever holiday to WDW but haven't managed it since a;though it was a favourite.

That pasta and sandwich of Paul's look really yummy, just ideal for me.

Thanks for sharing Sue.

That salad sounds just my kind of thing Tracey. I'll maybe give it a go next time we are in the vicinity

I did regret not having breakfast at Roaring Fork as we saw lots of people tucking in as we passed by in the mornings and it looked so good. I kept saying to myself 'tomorrow...'.

Tomorrow never came

Good excuse to go back though

This was it:

Grilled Chicken Salad with Apple Vinaigrette - Granny Smith Apples, Candied walnuts, Tillamook cheddar cheese, croutons $7.99

Oh it was wonderful!

Think we only had brekkie there once and I don't remember what I had.

Of course!

Great reports and photos Su. I found this a bit hair raising though:

I'm not sure I like the sound of that; I thought the exhibition kitchen was a much better concept. Hope the chap's not right!
