Thanks for another fantastic report Su.

I haven't eaten at this restaurant yet. I'm a big fan of sushi, so it will certainly be on my list for upcoming trips.

Great report Su, DH & I are both very keen on Japanese food. We didn't have a chance to try the new dining options in "Japan" on our last trip, but your food does look delicious, so I wish we had

I've eaten at Tokyo Dining (or whatever it was called before the refurb) on a few occasions and always had a good meal. We're giving Teppan Edo a go this time - it should keep Mads amused.

Probably the best sushi we've had in Orlando was in the RPR at Universal - there's a quite informal bar/lounge area and it was excellent - I think I've posted a picture of our sushi dragon thing before.
Oh yes I do remember your dragon sushi - a thing of beauty it was!

Homemade Sushi is a good idea to get us more familiarised
I've been eying up the Nori sheets in Waitrose this week and thinking of giving it a go - any tips?

We had a great meal at Teppanyaki (Edo) with Bob and Dawn and Mike and Amanda. Jolly nice evening!
That was before the refurb though. It looks pretty swish in there now.
They were very good about keeping the veggy food completely seperate from the meat and fish on the grill.

So we were having one of our regular "if you could choose any meal from our last Disney holiday, what you have at this very moment?" chats last night and guess what Paul's top pick was?

Veggie Tempura from Tokyo Dining!

Apparently he's really looking forward to going back. I'll get it on the list quick!

Sue - there's a Japanese restaurant in Bristol that does veggie tempura sushi. I kid you not.

The best of both worlds!
