Had me worried when I read the title! I thought Alex Salmond had declared independence before the referendum!
Anyway to get back to the subject, I would like to see Arbroath smokies and stovies, provided they are made with corned beef or mince.

It will be interesting what they come up with. Hope it is better than the traditional 'English' fish and chips. Would love it to be haggis, but I expect not. Shortbread and oatcakes might be on the menu although I think that they already sell shortbread in the shop.

I hope it's not Haggis. They wont import the real stuff and anything else will be a poor imitation. Stovies and oatcakes and cheese please. Can't wait to see what they come up with.
