How good would it be if we did get independence and Epcot made Scotland one of it's areas. I think Edinburgh Castle would make a great centre piece and we could have a high noon battle with the Scottish pipers against the Canadian pipers for a bit of fun... what else would you include?

Think we best leave the politics out of this.

I agree with the other post about more of an identity (for all the nations) in the British pavilion. I've always felt the British area to be the weakest of all the pavilions

Glorious Scottish food

Yes, yes, and YES! to all previous suggestions... square sausage wi' broon sauce is well up there. How about Bell's pies? Or the humble Forfar Bridie? Irn Bru will wash everything down and dumpling and custard for pudding and the feast finished off with a cheeky Drambuie.
Haggis debate - I am willing to go as Scottish foodie consultant to show them how to make it... then importing is not an issue [simples]

Roller coaster based on Arthur's Mount. Loch Ness monster encounter.
Shop based on Jenners and a cafe based on the Glasgow, Rennie Mackintosh Willow tea rooms.

Did you know Disney use the stylised Mackintosh rose at their Napa Rose restaurant at Disney CA?

Add stovies and sounds like the ideal menu as long as well executed.
