We stayed at The Village in October last year and heard the lions 'waking up' when swimming in the outdoor pool! It was very surreal.

Went for a walk round Martin Mere next to De Vere’s in the sunshine yesterday. Really peaceful and good bird watching on the side away from the zoo.

Looks like they're spending some money on the Clifton!

Oh to be able to stroll from the Windmill up and around Fairhaven then sit outside the Queens for a couple of beers.

Soon! 😊😊

If you are football fans Blackpool Football Club has a hotel with rooms overlooking the pitch. Stayed a couple of years ago. Lovely. The players were there at breakfast too. (Don’t suppose they eat there with current situation though).

Another vote for the village hotel-we love it there. We got woken up by the lions in the morning, which DS was very excited by!We’re looking at booking a night there, and visiting the zoo when attractions start to open up.

My parents used to have a static caravan on there when I was a child. Fond memories.
