WREN Kitchen Sales
Hi does anyone know how often Wren Kitchens have sales and 0% interest free? Their current one expires tomorrow but our extension build planning hasn’t quite passed yet, although it’s had no objections.
I don’t know wether to put a deposit down but it’s over £2k on my kitchen plan or wait in case any build or design hiccups. I’d be annoyed if I put deposit down and they do these offers/ incentives regularly. Thanks Dibbers

The end of the DFS sales will mark the true end of the world as we know it.

Crikey a lot of unhappy wren customers on that money saving forum ... maybe I will hold off on the deposit for now 🤷

I wouldn’t use Wren again.
If you have issues, it’s hard trying to sort it out. Showroom don’t want to know. Absolutely no after sales care within the showroom at all. We had the wrong unit delivered and re-delivery took forever. Not a fan unfortunately. |

The showroom is just for selling, they have pretty much nothing to do with delivery and after sales etc which is done through a central service centre.
We broke something within the first few days, our fault, but we phoned them and they sent a replacement promptly with no quibble. Some products like cabinets are usually only manufactured when ordered so if something is wrong it might take longer. As others have said, there is always a sale of some kind but the details of it change regularly. They did some sort of guarantee to pass on the savings if your kitchen becomes cheaper after you’ve paid a deposit. Pretty sure the interest free credit is a permanent feature. |

There are always exceptions but basically wren has a fairly well deserved awful reputation, my brother had no end of problems with them, I personally wouldn't touch them with a barge pole !

Thank you everyone, I think I may hold off on the deposit for now then, even though I need a kitchen no matter what, even if it is much smaller if planning doesn’t get passed for my extension.
Will price up Howdens too, although hubby was keen open the interest free option with Wren
