Hmm. They obviously don’t expect visitors. You had to punch in a code, ring a bell, explain why you were there before they would let you in, then go up in a lift...
The woman there wasn’t very welcoming, she didn’t tell us much more than we knew. There was nowhere to sit and she obviously wanted rid of us. We did go away with quite a few leaflets though.

That’s not so good - especially as it says you can visit on their website. She maybe wanted to sneak away early on a Friday! Never mind at least you got brochures.

Thanks for sharing, was going to do a west coast Hawaii 3 weeker July 2020 for my 50th but have started thinking Hawaii / Japan instead so this is so perfectly timed for me.
