MNSSHP cancellation?

We are here at the minute, due to go to the party tonight but there are major thunderstorms hitting, I would feed if they'd ever cancelled a party previously.

Last year I remember reading a trip report here was very bad weather one night, the party continued but they cancelled the fireworks.


The only time I remember it being cancelled was due to Hurricane Irma.

We’re here at the party. Been here since 3pm. It’s now 8.20pm and it’s just stopped raining 😁.

We’re just waiting for the Sanderson Sisters show and the ponchos are off finally 🤪

They don’t cancel due to bad weather unless it’s severe like a hurricane, you just have to grab a poncho and make the most of it

They may cancel the parades and fireworks though

2016 they cancelled the fireworks & the second parade went ahead at 23:45, it proper threw it down! The worst part was the lack of communication, I really felt sorry for the Cms, as it was obvious they weren't getting told anything either!
