Linking reservations

We are going with friends again but have booked separately and not previously linked our MDE's together.

Previously I booked all the dining reservations for when we were dining without our friends and for when we dined with them so all were showing on my MDE whereas they could only see the ones that they had booked. This time round my friend has booked some of the reservations for all of us so they don't show in my MDE. I thought I could get round this by "linking" the reservation to my MDE but it says that it is already linked to another MDE account so I can't do this.

I know its not a necessity that I have all the reservations showing but it would be convenient to see everything in one place. Does anyone know how to do this?

I think they have to link thier MDE to you as friends, then assign the booking to you, I'm not sure if this can be done AFTER it has been booked as i've only seen what happened when me,my sister, her husband and my wife all booked our assigned ADRs when our 180 window opened and booked ours there and then, but as the booker of the ADR they have the control of the reservation and the other members of the party have little to no control over it.

If you’re not already on one another’s Family and Friends lists on MDE, you’ll need to send an invitation and connect before you can see the dining reservations. Once you’re visible to one another on MDE, whoever booked the ADRs will need to go into each reservation and ‘update the dining party’. When everyone’s Disney profile characters have been added to the reservation you and your friends should be able to see all of your ADRs, whether you booked them or not. Hope that makes sense!
