Ours now charge.im sure our local one is £15,I remember it being about £90 for mine & I couldn’t justify the cost.
Went to Toronto in Nov & they cleaned them for free & gave my 4 of the cleaning cloths.
Not sure if the shops are franchises,so some may charge & some not,but ours definitely does, although they never used to.

£90! It was at least a year ago I got mine cleaned so maybe it has changed since. I just use some hand wash and water and it comes up sparkling. I do have a Talk of the Town cloth also which does a good job (when I can be bothered).

I use Dave Bradford's jewellery cleaner for all of my jewellery, it's safe to use on fashion jewellery as well, all natural. It isn't cheap, but you can use it over and over in the tub, you just pour it back into the bottle.

DW has taken hers to the local branch in Dunfermline and had them cleaned for free. I expect if they charge next time it will be another job for me 😭

I bought a cleaning cloth from Pandora a few years ago, and every time my charms and other silver jewellery start looking tarnished I'll use the cleaning cloth on them. Seems to work fairly well, and it seems like the cleaning cloth will last for quite a bit longer.

Otherwise I tend to get my Pandora stuff cleaned when I go to WDW (as my local stores charge for cleaning)!
