we were in Shanghai last week and found it very busy, with most rides getting up to 60+ mins by noon and FP all gone about the same time.
Getting in, in the morning (especially security) was not pleasant as people packed in so tight and pushing in then they opened another line and everyone went charging into the new line which was quite scary. They opened the park gates 30 mins before scheduled time when 9am time but only 15 mins early when scheduled for 8:30 so get there early if you can.
