Magical express

My son has booked a 3 night stay at Sequoria lodge direct with Disney flying from Manchester on his confirmation it doesn't mention the Magical express, do you know if this is included. He got prices from a couple of travel agents during the day and their quotes included Disney magical express the only reason he booked direct was by the time he got home from work travel agent were closed.

When you say direct, do you mean Disney Travel company, or Disneyland Paris direct? DTC I think you have to book the magical express direct with magical express themselves. If it was on DLP website, the option to add it on would've presented itself during the booking process.
It sounds to me that it's not included, but maybe it'd be best to call up who he booked with, and ask. X

He booked with disneyholidays.co.uk will ring them today to double check thanks x

I'm pretty sure that's Disney Travel Company. You might find that needs to be added to the booking. Though there are other transfer options. I think it depends how many people are going as to which is the best choice.

I'm not really the best person to help with the other options as I've only used the Magical Express, though if I went in a larger group, I definitely consider shared shuttles.

its not a free service for DLP, you have to pay, and its now the slowest method of transport between CDG airport and your Disney hotel. Its also a scheduled service, so the times may not suit your son's arrival time at CDG.

Have a look at rstransports.com - shared shuttle price instead. Even with just 2 of us in our party, I'd rather use that than the Disney Magical Express at DLP these days.

Just to add to this we booked the magic express found out we was flying in too late to use the service phoned up to cancel they said if we cancel we can't get no money back and on top we would have to pay a cancellation fee of �30
