Just wondering how others have booked this.

I filled in the booking request on their website a few weeks back and didn't hear anything. I've tried again this evening.

Try Kissimmee swamp tours. We went there last year. The four of us had a boat to ourselves. We wore headsets so that we could hear our tour guide. You can have a 60 or 90 minute tour. We saw lots of alligators both big and small. We also saw Bald Eagles and lots of other wildlife. Our guide was really knowledgeable and knew where he could find certain animals. This is not a theme park, there are no rides or gimmicks but we loved it. We are going back in August. We contacted them via email and they got back to us within 24 hours.

I had the same problem, it goes in to spam. I ended up e-mailing from from my e-mail address rather than use their contact form, by doing that when they replied I got it. They're really helpful and it was so worth it xx
