New Harry Potter Ride

Hi All, just wondering for those that have been more recently if there are any more clues as to what the new HP ride / area is going to be ? Any clues from the buildings going up ? We couldn't see much in May but intrigued what its going to be and when it will open !
Next trip planned for 2021 currently but pondering on a "cheap" trip next November if its open !

I've heard it's being designed by the same people who did Gringotts which is pretty encouraging.

Heard that it could be a mixture of rollercoaster, screens and even a floor drop! Sounds real exciting!

It's very much a rollercoaster and it looks fantastic. It's going to be based on the Forbidden Forest and Hagrid. It will have a trap door drop and bits that go backwards. It looks a long roller coaster as well.

We were there mid August 2018 and could see the construction covered a really big area which is encouraging! Can’t wait to go back in a few years and see this, I’m hoping it’s some kind of rollercoaster through the forbidden forest!

The coaster is manufactured by Intamin (same company that manufactured Cheeter Hunt at Busch, thirteen and Rita at Alton Towers for example)

It will be a family thrill coaster and feature multiple launches throughout the ride, includes the inclined spike where you will then fall backwards and complete a section of track backwards and then the free fall track section like on thirteen at Alton Towers.
