If you do Ohana breakfastbat the Polyneasian Resort he is there and you get great interaction; also LILO, Mickey and Pluto

My daughter met him at epcot yesterday along with around 6 other characters down one of the side alleys in world showcase. Apparently they were newbies 'training' before being let loose at all the different parks. They were all really enthusiastic.

My 15 year old daughter and 4 year old son loved it, there was stitch, king Louis monkey from jungle book, meeko racoon from pocahontas, chip and Dale, mickey, Donald and tigger.
It was great as they're quite unusual characters too. X
