Esta Approved Yippee
Having last travelled in 2014 the Esta process has become much more complex and took me ages yesterday. I had huge difficulty entering my work address which is new for us to do. In the end it wouldn't accept the address and I had to enter unknown.
the US agent bit also was a complete nightmare and took ages and eventually had to enter the 00000 for the phone number. A tick box to say no agent would be so much easier. at least they are done and just been approved so looks like we will be going in 3 months... although after my friends experience last year I will check again closer to the time

US agent?
I don’t recall being asked for a US agent; US address & US contact but not a US agent; what is that; are you sure? I completed ours in January 2019; it accepted the work address without issue. |

When you've completed and had it accepted do you need to print off anything as proof?

Sorry to be lazy but here's a few opinions about printing ESTAs (and other stuff) from a few days ago.

Getting Excited
|
Completed ours this afternoon. It took 1.5 hours so 30 mins per application. I locked myself in the study and I was triple checking everything. I logged in 30 minutes after completion and all approved. I am now officially excited. Still haven't had a confirmation e-mail though.

Since they were introduced just over ten years ago you never got a confirmation email until about a couple of weeks ago on here it seemed that some Dibbers were receiving one.
Maybe a trial or a permanent change? Mick

For those who recently applied, did you hover on each ? particularly the question re given name(s)? All given name(s), as per those shown in the pp chevrons, are now required.
